How Do I Change the Size of My Doggielawn?Updated a year ago

It's important to note that changes to your subscription need to be done BEFORE your order has processed. To find out if  your order already processed, scroll down to the "Order History" section on your account page. 

To change the size of your DoggieLawn shipments please follow these simple steps below: 

1. Login to your DoggieLawn account by entering your email address and password.

 2. Click on the orange "Manage" button next to your subscription. 

3. Click "Change DoggieLawn Size"

4. Select the size you want and click the orange "Change Size" button 

5. Confirm your delivery frequency and click the orange "Choose Delivery Frequency" button.

5. Review your changes and click on the orange "I Agree To Make This Change" button. That's it! Remember to add a tray 

6. Once completed, remember to click "Do you need a new size tray?" to add a tray with the shipment! If you do not need one, click "Go back to my account".

7. Add the corresponding size tray to match your new DoggieLawn subscription by clicking the drop down. Then click "Add as one-time" followed by "Add Add-ons" to complete the purchase. That's it! You're all set! 

We recommend choosing the Premium Plastic Tray option for puppies, chewers, or if you leave your DoggieLawn outside. This variety is made thick HDPE plastic and will last the lifetime of your subscription! 

The regular plastic tray is the free option that is provided for select sizes (Standard - Large) on your 1st order when you sign up for a subscription or included in one time purchases.
