How Do I Cancel My DoggieLawn Subscription?Updated 10 months ago

You can easily skip or delay your next delivery! Simply log into your account, click the 'Manage' button, and then select 'Change Next Delivery Date.'

Please note that canceling your subscription does not cancel any recent transactions on your account. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. Like a florist, the grass is not reusable and is therefore ineligible for a refund or return. To check if an order has recently been processed, log into your account and scroll down to view your history.


1. First Login to your DoggieLawn account by entering your email address and password. 

2. Click "Manage Subscripton" 


3. Click "Manage this Subscription" for the product you would like to cancel.


4. Scroll down and select "Cancel Subscription." Follow the survey prompts to complete your cancellation.


If you have trouble processing your cancellation, you may also email us at [email protected] or send us a message via our Live Chat with your reason for cancellation and we will process it as soon as possible.

As mentioned, we do not provide refunds, returns, or credits for any pre-paid product. We post this information in both the FAQs on www.Doggielawn.com and during checkout in the terms and conditions you agree to when you purchase the DoggieLawn service.

If you have paid for a shipment you no longer wish to receive, we are happy to send your lawn to a friend, family member, or anyone else you think might want to give DoggieLawn a try!
