Follow the steps below to find your next subscription process date. Your lawn will be delivered up to approximately 1 week after this date depending on where you are located.

Remember: You could already have a subscription that has processed and is being prepared for shipment! This article shows you how to find your next process date. To find out if you already have a subscription order that has processed, view your Order History.

To find out when your next subscription is set to process:

1. Login to your DoggieLawn account by entering your email address and password.

2. You will be brought to your account page where you'll click the button "Manage Subscription" .

3. At the top, you'll see the date your next order will be charged. If it falls on a weekday, it will be charged and shipped on the same day. If it falls on a weekend or Holiday, it will be charged on that day and shipped the next available business day.
