DoggieLawn ships Monday - Friday (with the exception of our XL Local Grass farm). New orders placed before 5:30 PM EST (2:30 PM PST) will ship the same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships!
We ship via FedEx Home Delivery, a ground service which typically delivers packages within 1-5 business days of shipment. Please be sure to track your shipment and follow the progress of your order to ensure you open your shipment as soon as it is delivered since this is a perishable item.
If your ordered an XL Local Grass variety, your DoggieLawn will ship on Wednesday. New orders placed before 5:30 PM EST (2:30 PM PST) on Monday will ship the same week. Any orders placed after 5:30 PM EST (2:30 PM PST) on Monday will ship the following Wednesday. If you ordered a tray with your lawn, it will ship separately and before your grass (either the same day you placed your order or the next business day).
We do not require a signature release; however, it’s ultimately up to the driver and whether they feel it’s safe to leave your package at your front door. If your driver leaves a notice requiring a signature we recommend leaving a friendly little note for your driver to always leave the grass, even when you’re not home (after all, who would want to steal a box of grass?). An even better option is to sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager. With FedEx Delivery Manager you can customize your delivery and give instructions directly to the driver in your area such as “no signature required.” or “leave at front door.” You can also receive picture proof of your delivery so you know exactly where it is delivered!
If you have issues receiving packages at your home or office, FedEx also gives you the option to hold your packages at a different location for pick up! You can choose from a local FedEx store, Walgreens, Albertsons or Kroger location! Click HERE to find a location near you.
