How Do I Update My Shipping Address?Updated 10 months ago

It's important to note that changes to your delivery address need to be done BEFORE your order has processed. If you need a shipment to go to your new address sooner, update the address online first and then send an email to [email protected] to see if we're able to intercept your package for you! *Please note that a address change for an order already in transit requires of rerouting fee of $19.50.  

To find out if  your order already processed, view your "Order History" section on your account page.

To update your delivery address, please follow these simple steps below: 

1. Login to your DoggieLawn account by entering your email address and password.

2. Click on the "Manage Subscription" button. 

3. Click "Edit Address".

4. Edit your address, then click the "Save Changes" button. That's it! Changes to your delivery address need to be done BEFORE your order has processed. To find out if  your order already processed, scroll down to the "Order History" section on your account page.
