What is DoggieLawn Package Protection?
With DoggieLawn Package Protection, you're covered if your shipment is damaged, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but missing. It also covers your lawn in the event it is delivered late and is rotten. This insurance helps protect YOU so that you'll be able to receive a replacement hassle-free in the unfortunate case any of these issues arise! We highly encourage you to take advantage of this insurance given that we do ship a perishable product and carrier issues are completely out of our control.
Note: If your order does not have Package Protection, DoggieLawn is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping. Please reach out to our customer experience team for more assistance.
How much is Package Protection?
Package Protection is just a small price of $0.98 per order!
Do I have to purchase Package Protection on my order?
Nope. You do not have to purchase Package Protection on your order. If you opt-out, please keep in mind that DoggieLawn is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages that occur while in transit.
You can opt-out of Package Protection on your subscription anytime!
How do I add Package Protection to my Subscription?
Log into your DoggieLawn account and click 'Add-ons'. After, scroll to select DoggieLawn Package Protection and click 'Add Add-ons" to complete the action. That's it! You are now covered with DoggieLawn insurance on all your orders!
Claim Windows:
- Orders that are lost in transit can be filed after 5 days in transit
- Delivered packages that cannot be located can be filed 2 days after delivery
- Damaged items that occurred in transit are eligible to file claims immediately
- Required to provide photos of the damages to said products to be eligible
- Orders received with the wrong or missing items are eligible to file claims immediately
